Cancellation
An order can be cancelled within 7 days of receiving the goods, by a clear statement to contact@mindencoder.com.
Reimbursement
Reimbursement is promised within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, on the original payment method, with no reimbursement fee.
Return conditions
Goods must have been bought in the last 7 days and be in the original packaging.
Excluded goods
- Goods made to the buyer's specification or clearly personalised
- Goods that cannot be returned by their nature
- Unsealed hygiene items
- Goods mixed with other items after delivery
Sale goods are excluded unless the law says otherwise.
Shipping and risk
The buyer pays return shipping and risk. There is no refund without the goods or proof of delivery.
