Darshit Shah is Founder & CEO of MindEncoder (since 2020, Ahmedabad). After years of shipping web and mobile apps, we saw the same pattern repeat: teams built promising products with AI tools, then hit walls: security, scale, tests, and deployment, right when real users showed up.
